Questions about Grabi Cloud
Do I have to use the cloud?
No. The app works fully without an account and offline: record, save on your Mac, done. The cloud is a button you choose to tap.
What happens to my videos after 90 days on the free plan?
We email you before they expire so you can download them or move to Pro. After expiring there is a 15-day grace period before permanent deletion. On Pro, your videos never expire.
Who can see my recordings?
Only who you decide: public (anyone with the link), unlisted, password-protected, or private (only you and the people you invite by email).
How do I pay?
By card through Wompi (Bancolombia), in Colombian pesos. Renewal is automatic and you cancel with one click; cancel within 5 business days of purchase and we refund 100%.
If I stop paying, do I lose my videos?
No. Your account returns to the free plan and your videos enter their 90-day cycle with warnings. We never delete anything without telling you.
Do I need the Mac app?
No: you can also record from the browser on Windows, Linux or a Chromebook, with nothing to install.
